Christine Druce

Christine is a highly experienced strategic and change professional who utilizes her critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve outstanding results. She has a track record of improving efficiency, capacity utilisation and cost reduction while achieving employee satisfaction delivered through operational functionality, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and collaborative leadership.

She has over 25 years working in the aviation industry having held positions with Qantas, Heathrow, Melbourne and Auckland Airports. 
Christine is also a member of the Air Transport Specialist Group (ATSG) for the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) and has spoken at international conferences covering topics addressing sub-orbital space tourism, integrating Airports into the Air Traffic Control (ATC) Network and expanding Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) within capacity restricted airports.

She has also worked in the medical industry, first as a laboratory scientist working in Pathology and more recently supporting NHS Trusts with Lean-Six Signa process improvements.

Christine completed a Masters of Business Administration in Business Management from Australian Graduate School of Management in 2005 and is currently working on a Graduate Certificate of Business Law from the University of New South Wales, due to complete in 2026.  She has also completed auditing and project management qualifications.
