Christine is a highly experienced strategic and change professional who utilizes her critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve outstanding results. She has a track record of improving efficiency, capacity utilisation and cost reduction while achieving employee satisfaction delivered through operational functionality, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and collaborative leadership.
She has over 20 years working in the aviation industry having held positions with Qantas, Heathrow and Melbourne Airports.
Christine is also a member of the Air Transport Specialist Group (ATSG) for the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) and has spoken at international conferences covering topics addressing sub-orbital space tourism, integrating Airports into the Air Traffic Control (ATC) Network and expanding Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) within capacity restricted airports.
She has also worked in the medical industry, first as a laboratory scientist working in Pathology and more recently supporting NHS Trusts with Lean-Six Signa process improvements.
Christine completed a Masters of Business Administration in Business Management from Australian Graduate School of Management in 2005 and has become a knowledge leader in how technology will deliver an improved customer experience in complex and regulated operational environments.
Christine thrives on the ability to lead and influence change through all levels of a business with a customer centric focus.
